2. Developer Policy Compliance
All apps must follow Google Play and App Store policies, including content rating, privacy disclosures, in-app purchase rules, and age gating.
3. Monetization & Ads
Monetization schemes include in-app purchase, subscription, VIP, advertising, and agreed revenue share. Ad platforms (AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, etc.) operate with user consent & GDPR/CCPA adherence.
4. Intellectual Property
Clients retain IP for commissioned projects, while joint product cooperation is based on written agreements. We respect copyright and license terms for all third-party SDKs.
5. Delivery & Support

6. Liability
Our liability is limited to project value except for gross negligence or willful misconduct. We operate with professional standards and continuous policy updates.
7. Jurisdiction
